At Visionbody, we stand behind our high-performance gear and offer a 30-day return window to ensure your training experience is nothing short of perfect. All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all technical packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original Visionbody packaging, ensuring all sensors, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
